so, are there any revised clips that we can get from Toyota dealer?
My center tray assemblie falls of very frequently now. I think that clips are not very strong and that is the reasom why the whole thing falls off when a bottle is placed in the tray.

When it comes off, you have to snap it back into place. If you don't then there is nothing holding it up. The clips are not meant to be pushed in and out multiple times. So if you keep pushing it in, but not fully to "click" and seat the retention clip, then the metal will fatigue and clicking will no longer be possible without adjustment. Either bend the clips back outwards, or buy new ones and be more careful when you put it in. Once in, it should be extremely difficult to even budge it.

I drove with mine that had 1 clip completely missing (bought it that way) and it worked fine until I accidentally kicked in while shuffling about the backseat with something in it. It then fell off and would not clip back on. A couple dollars on eBay and I had a new one that clipped right in and will not move at all.

Happens to mine all the time and it really annoys me. I’m looking for a console I can put in the hump in front of that drink holder that will kind of lock into place so I never have to look at that thing “open” or “off” again.
