I would be happy to print this out on my polymer resin printer if someone would send me the files or the location on the internet. Of course, if it starts raining I may be forced to stay indoors and design my own. I can't imagine it would cost over $0.50 in materials. The resin printer material gets stronger when exposed to UV.

It’s on the YouTube page. I think it can be made longer because the mirror on be Prius visor is offset.

Ya, no. You are misinterpreting this good law. A visor extender does not obstruct view.

Then why are they specifically mentioned?

Visor extenders are NOT "specifically mentioned". You are interpreting incorrectly. The idea is to keep large fuzzy dice, stickers, signs, phones, clip boards, toys and others stupid stuff from obscuring a driver'
    s view of the road.

LOL! And a sun visor extender is part of officially permitted equipment. It is NOT specifically mentioned nor against the law, as you insist. Are you seriously suggesting that the newest Prius (and every car) with extenders are all illegal???Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.

The manufacturer installed items are approved. Toy adding something I has not been approved. It may be permissible for me to put approved 2019 visors on my 2017 vehicle.

Oh so you assume that manufacturer made/installed items are the only possible legal improvements? Improvements specifically designed to improve driving visibility. You seriously think the law is intended to treat fuzzy dice the same as visor extenders? Really?

In those areas of the vehicle either manufacturer made or some other government approved item.
