    That is why my son got the remote start package on his 2015 Prius v. It lets him keep the car READY while locked so he can keep the dogs inside cool during outdoor Agility trials.

    I routinely leave my Prime "running" in Ev mode, get out of the car, and leave it like that on purpose for tens of minutes at a time.

    You'd better be able to shut this nonsense off.

    Yep, I'd do the same if I took my old Mum shopping and she decided to wait in the car if I went to just pick up a couple of things - just get out and lock her in with the key while it's running.
