Should I replace the struts for this?

    I have a 2014 Prius two with about 165,000 miles. I noticed that the rubber boot to both struts are torn and the one on the passenger side has some grease or oil. I had some people saying to replace them and some say to wait it out. What are your thoughts?

    Torn boots are relatively meaningless, generally not worth acting upon.

    An oil leak is much more significant and often merits strut replacement. Always replace them in pairs; both fronts or both rears.
