Got a Prius, now where do I sell my other car?

    So I got a new to me 2017 Prius V4.. I want to sell my low milage Honda civic and don't want to sell it to a dealer.. That's always the last resort...
    CraigsList? Autotrader? Forsale sign on the front lawn?
    Seems my experience with craigslist is just a bunch of scammers.. .Paypay scam and vin# scams.. What was your experience?

    The least painless way IMO is take it to Carmax.

    Best advice I ever got on here about such matters is to sell your car at the bank of the person buying it. It's safer for them and for you... As for all the small time scammers and idiots on criagslist just ignore them. Sorting them out is going to be way less hassle then the rip off profession of trade ins and used car dealers. Just post your car for a reasonable price and do the transaction at their bank where there's lots of security and you know there payment to you is going to be legit.

    That's my last option... Carvana so far has the best price so far.. Down here in So fla is a company called Auto Buy that also advertises to buy cars for a good price. If nothing pans out this week I'll go to Autotrader and see what's cooking over there.. Once I get some cash I'm going to take care of some nicks and scrapes on the Prius V. Nothing a painless dent repair guy can't handle..
