Spent Sunday rebuilding pack. Replaced 4 cells (total of 6 now) on this pack. Reassembled and let the hybrid automotive charger charge all night. Was a solid 240v this morning.

Let it sit all day until I got home and installed. Prius seems to have more pep than before but could just be me missing it. No issues driving through town on battery down to 2 bars like before.

Thanks everyone for your help and now I know where to be looking for the info needed.

One question as I know all 6 of my cells are not bad that I replaced. I want something I can equally load the battery's with to measure constant drain times to decide if I got a bad cell or not. I saw a video with a guy using a transformer with a constant 5amp load but I'm not sure how to use a transformer to do that.

Any recommendations for safe and sane way to load a battery for proper testing?

Also. Used torque to pull codes after my drive. Should this go away eventually? Vs what I was getting before.

Thanks again for all the help. Screenshot_20191014-211206.jpeg 975389384.jpeg

    Safe and sane
Charge each of them to their 7.2 volts
Let them sit and all get to be the same temp and then recheck.

Then wouldn’t you just take a couple of those 7.2 volt mag light bulbs and hook them up to see which cells lasted the longest?

I had the Prolong equipment and it was used to recondition my 2010’s pack and was also part owned by a Gen2 and Gen3 owner;).

We also rebuilt 3 batteries for Gen2’s with it:).

@jeff652 has plenty of examples of success stories utilizing their equipment. Maybe there is a commonality in your situation .

    Good luck (y).
