the legal challenge is really about the ability of CA to regulate it's own health and environmental standards which have set a real world standard for all Americans. We all are seeing less illness and better quality of life due to the independent research and higher standards that CA has set for many decades because manufacturers then meet those standards and in many cases the US Govt will also eventually meet. Being complacent and thinking that rolling back health based environmental standards because the air smells good is not going to keep our children safe.
