Is there an option to adjust the height of my Prius 3 headlight (low beam)? they seem to point downward too much, thanks.

I have not personally adjusted my low beam height, but there is the facility for doing so on the back side of the headlight enclosure. There is a metal star wheel with a hex head visible which will incrementally adjust the beam position up or down. Headlight alignment is usually a thing specified in state DOT regulations, and it would probably be easier to get things adjusted professionally. I imagine a person could work from a known good adjustment, a good Prius set a certain distance from a wall and measure the height at the top of the beam terminator, then replace with your car positioned at that precise distance from the wall. Make sure the tires of both vehicles are properly inflated. There are several other threads that mention the possibility of an improperly installed headlight bulb leading to poor illumination. You might want to check that first, especially if anyone had been fooling around with the bulbs.

Keep track of where you started, so if you don't like the result, you can return to the original position.
