P2195 o2 sensor signal biased/stuck lean bank 1 sensor 1

I've looked at other posts about this and didn't see the solution. I just had my 252,455 mile engine with an engine that has 65,050 miles and now I have a check engine light on. After the engine replacement the check engine light came on about 25 miles down the road and I ran the codes it was p2238, then I cleared it and the light came on again later saying p2195.
