Prius Died revived but brain dead

    Toyota dealers are warranty specialists... They don't have the skill set to fix your car at an affordable price. I guarantee you they will charge you hundreds of dollars to do a sloppy diagnosis and recommend replacing the most expensive parts first so they can argue that your car will cost more to fix than it's worth and then try to hustle you into financing a new vehicle for a problem that some of us on Priuschat could fix for nearly free. Find a non car dealer mechanic with hybrid skills if you have to. @TMR-JWAP is pointing you in the right direction in this thread. Also here's an easy 12v load test you can do yourself:

    hi there

    i just done a load test on the battery tested the battery at the terminal after 2 days sitting 12.6 then i tested voltage at jump terminal 12.47 turned the lights and fogs on for 5 minutes turned off all lights after another 5 min 12.41 at both terminals

    done a dodgy load test 12.6 volts at the battery after sitting 2 days 12.47 at the jumper turned headlights and fogs on for 5 min turned off all lights let rest for another 5 min 12.41 at both, does the battery sound Ok what do you think

    i think your battery is fine. so, if you have voltage at the jumper, and the car won't become ready, or connect to a reader, it gets more complicated.
    i would go back through tmr-jwaps posts and recheck everything.
