Seems like this is a recurring issue. Let's try and pinpoint down possible point of errors. Please read the choices carefully and choose the one (or more) that match(es) your current setup. If a choice doesn't exist or you want to expand on your choices, feel free to write a post.

Only answer the poll if your screen has rebooted on its own. If your screen is functioning properly, do not answer.

Maybe add a "none of the above" to see how prevalent this problem is. I've never had a problem with my Premium.

Ahh, I ran out of options lol. Maybe.... just ignore the poll or just reply "hasn't rebooted".

But I guess we're just trying to figure out what the problem is. If you didn't do any of the above and it doesn't reboot, then you're golden.

I rebooted mine today by holding the audio power button.

Only happened once and that was when I was adjusting something on the audio panel.

    Iphone and Bluetooth connections only.

here's another option, I'm an Android user and connect via bluetooth only. Never connected via USB. And have never experienced any rebooting issues.

It never happened when a cable was connected to my Samsung note 5. It happened twice just out of the blue, without phone calls, without USB charging, but when the weather was really hot. In my case, it must be because of the temperature.

I use a flash drive on the USB port for audiobooks and I have an iPhone 7 connected via bluetooth. I haven't had any reboots.

Lately it’s happened more and more. Weird thing is it’s happening without plugging anything in. And now I’m getting odd things happening when it comes back up. Like last night it rebooted just as I pulled out of the parking lot at work (nothing was plugged in but when I selected SAT it rebooted) and it came back up with the energy screen in full screen mode.

For a while I was thinking it didn’t like my iPhone XS. It would suddenly stop playing music from my phone and say it couldn’t find any music files, then suddenly would start again and then the whole thing would repeat. Swapped cables from OEM to 3rd party, and from 10ft to 11 inches. Didn’t matter, after a while it would do this. And oh BTW, it is NOT warm out.

Mine reboots under all of the conditions. It reboots when I have a iPhone connected by bluetooth but not streaming music. It has rebooted with the iPhone connected (via Apple brand cable) and using Waze with Apple CarPlay. So I am not sure what you are doing facilitates the reboot. I could be wrong though. The IPhone is running the latest version of software. I suspect this will be fixed in the future with a software update.

Perhaps turn off bluetooth when the iPhone is connected via cable?
