Condensation in headlight surround, dead bulb...

    I replaced my headlamp bulbs a year or two ago, and this morning noticed that there's condensation in one of the surrounds and the headlamp is dark. Anyone else see something like this happen to them?

    Well, it's been a while since your post, so it seems no one else has had this. It sounds like there's a problem with the seal.

    Agreed, perhaps the O ring was/is pinched or has just failed.

    I replaced the bulb, ran the high beams for a while and dried out the interior. The condensation hasn't come back despite a couple of hard rains <fingers crossed>.
