I am going to buy a new head unit when CES wraps up. I'm hoping somebody announces a 9" screen with wireless Android auto (Alpine?)

As I prepare for that, I'm eager to get the details figured out. Has anybody hooked a maestro rr up in a 2010? Was it useful? I'd love to have tpms, gauges, fault codes, and climate control.

With larger screens becoming normalized, I'd like to be able to cover the climate control buttons and retain the function of the HVAC system.

The thing is, sure... It's a Prius. But it's only got 100k on it, gets 50mpg, and will keep going for another 100k without breaking a sweat. So the only thing it needs, is an updated tech package. If I'm putting a $1000 stereo into a $4000 car, it should do more than play despacito. I like having gauges, tpms, code readouts, and wireless Android auto. A 10 inch screen, with climate control would really change the driving experience in this car

Not sure what you mean, loaded how? New cars are being designed with larger touch screens in the dash. CES 2020 started today, where Alpine expanded their oversize screen offering and pioneer unveiled 2 if their own.
