Intense Rattling when starting the car and ICE kicked in

    Thanks for the reply. I will take my chances and report. Our block mechanic was impressed by the thieves, he said they really cut deep, but he also wanted me to buy only the part they cut, not the entire replacement. Another concern would be that my emissions would be higher than with the OEM parts, (I am pretty sure the thieves don't care about affecting air quality).

    Toyota overbuilt the cats used in the 2004-2009. They wanted to totally nail the emissions. And that extra dose of precious metals is exactly why the 2004-2009 Prius is targeted. After all, it's much easier to get under an F-150 or a Tundra.

    Luckily PA emissions testing is limited to having the state computer ask the car's ECU if it thinks it is working okay. Less sensitive than a tailpipe sniffer test.

    I would like to report that I was able to use the parts I listed. The car seems to be working fine and the sensor is not giving any warnings lights. I hope this is useful for other people who is victim of thieves. The installation was $200 and the parts less than $200.
