2005, one bad cell, replace cell or rejuvenate?

Our 2005 with 160k popped the red triangle of death today. Dr Prius app reveals the PA080 and P3000 (or something like that). Battery check reveal one low output cell - #7. The rest are good.
I see cells on ebay for $20-$30 that are tested.
Should I just buy one of those and swap it in, or should I get a prolong charger or similar and try to rejuvenate?
Also- with one cell reporting low output, it is likely to leave me stranded somewhere at some point until I replace the cell? I was able to clear the codes and the red triangle went away, but I'm sure it will come back. This is my son's car and he only drives it locally.
We have 3 2nd gen priuses in the family.

    "Rejuvenation" is a fools errand.
So is replacing cells one at a time......mostly.
The other cells are just as old and likely will fail one after another, often with increasing frequency.

It’s funny because my Prius at exactly the same mileage 160k had the same codes with module 7 as well. I had a local hybrid battery technician replace one module and rebalancing the pack. He did 3-5 charge discharge cycles. After 10k miles battery still works fine.

Replacing one module from eBay without anything else probably will not work for long.
