    The vibrating is more constant now- the knocking was a one time thing-hasn't made that noise again yet. The engine shaking is when I am stopped at a light and try to accelerate to around 30mph then when it makes its first shift I feel it more harsh than usual

    Sounds like you have galloping hooves of the head gasket then. :ROFLMAO: But in all seriousness, is your engine coolant reservoir low on coolant at all? If so, there's your answer. That would be a first at that mileage for a head gasket but it's not impossible I suppose.
