Has anyone encountered this screw before when removing the trunk side panels to get at the HV battery fan? I may be dense, but my 10 mm extension doesn't seem to do the trick since the screw has some backer obstructing me from fully pulling it out. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Follow one of the hundreds of videos on Youtube on how to replace a hybrid pack or even our installation instructions. To get to the fan, you do 100% of the work to remove the battery without having to actually remove the battery.

Is the screw actually still even holding things down?
