Pulling in the driveway the other day with my 04 with 103,000 miles on it. Soon as I hit the driveway started up the hill and seem like transmission slipping and engine revving. Would not go anywhere these are the codes I pulled. Once I cleared the code seem to drive fine again any help would be greatly appreciate it thanks Jim.

    Thanks SFO.
I read over download kind of seems a little vague as far as troubleshooting and what to do if you find a problem.
Wondering if anybody actually experience this code and what they might have done to remedy it. Thanks

Ran the tests on the wiring harness to HV control ECU passed with flying colors!
Next question would be is it saying replace the converter.
If so, One question before I go that route I noticed the cooling fan making a squeal dry bearings apparently. Is it possible that's could be throwing enough RF out to cause this code to throw?. Thanks if anybody knows the answer certainly would appreciate it.
    Y'all have a great day.

Do you mean the fan(s) for the radiator?

Not likely, but if you've never cleaned (or lubed) the HV battery fan in the rear passenger area now would be a good time.

When cleaning the squirrel cage fan, pay special attention to the fan electrical connection, as corrosion can build up.

Which device did you read that DTC / INF with, and were there any other codes?

No it thr radiator fan squealing. Used techstream to get codes.
Would it be possible it through the code cause the 12v battery was low. Though it was running when it through the code so I suspect it should have been at 14 volt then.
when it had the code it would not move though it was running.
When I cleared the codes it drove fine after checking wire harness, drove another five miles and it has not thrown any codes. I Did charge 12 volt battery. planning on heading to Texas with it just want to know it's not going to do that again.
Other codes were b1442 and b1271 see pictures.
    Thank you for all information

Well just wanted to bring closure to this thread. Did not seem to be able to get a wealth of information here but thanks to those that did help. Hopefully this will help anyone else dealing with same codes. I called the local dealer talk to service tech at first he said look like it had a bad transmission. I said my research seem to be pointing to the inverter converter. Upon further investigation he said yes it is the inverter probably has bad circuit board. I replace the inverter converter with the number he said would work for an 04 model. That solved the trouble code, all is fine.
    Thanks again hope this help

One more thing that might help someone in the future dealing with this. the Toyota service tech said the board in the inverter converter was replaceable. Buy them with special tools and grease. If anybody would know how to test the board and replace it, and would attached the information here that would be great.
He also said the price on the new inverter converter was $4, 044.
    Quite a bargain.
