My two cents, on my 2014 PiP:

OEM Bridgestone Ecopia EP20 - great mileage, poor rain handling. Replaced with a no tread remaining at 40K.

Michelin Defender A/S (not the new T&H). Loved the handling, the ride, and the quietness. Took a bit of a mileage hit at first (maybe 2mpg) which settled out by 5-10K miles. Replaced after 65K miles, still had some tread left.

Yokohama Avid Ascend (The LRR model). have them now, great mileage, good handling. Tread is going strong, tires are pretty quiet. Rain just started and they're feeling sure-footed.

I always wanted the Michelin Energy Saver A/S tires, but was scared off by the low tread life compared to the Defenders. When my current tires need replacing, I might just look at the Defenders again.

I purchased the round, black, donut type tires. They seem to be work pretty good.:ROFLMAO::whistle:

Same, green x are now 480 and no higher. My last green x set was 820, Michelin thought the models last too long and customers weren’t returning back to replace worn tires.

I don't remember now but the dealer recommended them and I think they were the same ones I saw recommended here. I think I only got 20k miles out of them.

Oh there are a lot of them. I currently have the continental control contact as from America’s tire. They smooth without any road noise. It states that it has the eco plus technology which increases fuel mileage but I haven’t seen an increase yet because I just got the tires. Probably once I break them in then they will.

My bad, must not have been fully awake for that post. Hopefully no emails or phone calls from Michelin headed my way.
