My battery went flat, the lower half of my touchscreen has stopped working. I have attempted to get to Level 2 Diag menu, to try and calibrate, but the tapping the bottom of the window will always result in the pointer clicking the middle. My model number of my satnav is: B9019 / 86120L

I have replaced my battery, and the same issue still occurs. I have noticed a lot of people have also had this problem, but their issue was left and right side of the touchscreen. My case is the top and the bottom. It is very strange.

Is there anyway of calibrating through diagnostics or will I have to unplug it?

Hah, just wanted to open a post with the exact same issue. I have the B9016 satnav and the same problem. It looks like the alignment of the touch screen is off. When I tap at the bottom, it registers a tap somehwere in the middle. So I can not navigate anywhere because I can not tap the start navigate button.
But I did not have an issue with my battery.

I have tried the diagnostics screen, but there is no calibration in there that I could find.

I've been to the dealership with my problem and they say the only solution they have is to replace the LCD or the complete unit and should expect to pay € 500 for that.
