front and back emblem mod

    I just bought a custom overlay for the front, and I removed, and painted the rear emblem black with silver background, and removed the prius and hybrid badges, came out great, and the radar cruise control remains fully functional even with the overlay!

    This is exactly what I'd like to do to my new Prius - but I have Blizzard Pearl. Do you mind sharing where you bought the custom overlay? And was removing the front emblem more difficult than the back?

    the back emblem comes off with dental floss. I painted mine black with plasti-dip.

    the bag Logo emblem comes off with dental floss? I know the Prius and Hybrid emblems do - which I'll do - but I'm curious about how to change the toyota emblem front and back to get rid of the blue

    I like that front one a lot. I might do that to my red one. I have spray cans of touch up paint so maybe I have what I need.

    Wanted to add my experience with this subject. Got a overlay for our Camry from Hypnotic designz after seeing tons of people do this to their Camry without sensor issues. Removed the emblem then applied the vinyl overlay so we don't have to trim.
