    That's weird. After today's update, I went to Federal Taxes>Deductions & Credits>Cars and other things you own>Energy-efficient vehicles. I was then able to input VIN, make, etc., and TurboTax increased my refund by $4502. Prior to today's update the Energy-efficient vehicle section wasn't functional. (I use a Mac if that makes a difference)
