I own a 2019 and my car experiences several idle features, such as lights turn off after 30 minutes or so. The engine will shut off going to battery mode if I don’t use the heat. I believe we need a bit more clarification if this is normal or this is an anomaly.

No set time frame- there was a 24 hour period (perhaps a bit longer) a week or so ago, when it didn’t shut off at all. It could be 5 minutes or 2 hours. It usually does it at least once an hour, and often it’s multiple times an hour.
Sometimes it might not do it for about 2 hours. I can’t figure out any sort of specific timing to it.

It happens anytime I am parked and in Ready mode.

Zero warning- just a click sort of sound then at nearly the same time the car shuts down/off.

Yes, and no. It happens at many different times. It could be 5 minutes or 2 hours (or longer)

I do not receive any sort of alert at all.
Parked, and in ready, with or without A/C running.

Both, sometimes it is locked, and sometimes not. I am always in the car if it is on, unless I am going to the trunk or something.

Does it turn off completely when it shuts down? How do you recover from this shutdown?

    You've got us all intrigued.

I (we) don't understand why you're "sitting" in the car with it POWERED UP for more than 24 hours? Are you camping in it or something. This is a very unusual sort of procedure.

Running forever isn't something that a car maker would have designed into a car.
