I Have a 2011 Prius, So my driverside window able to go down but after in when down it wont go up no matter what i do, after advice from the mechanics i install the obd dongle and after turned off the engine and click lock on the key fob the driver window will go up and close, meaning the motor and accuator isnt the problem.

So i get replace the driverside switch board thinking the old 1 malfunction , but still the same problem. How should i check which is the malfunction parts? get a new motor?

If you have not already done this, try resetting the master window switch. YouTube has several videos for this. Maybe someone else has more exact information, but the procedure involves holding each window switch down for a number of seconds (try 4) and then up for 4 seconds. The reset can become necessary after the12 volt battery has been disconnected.
