So I scraped my car against a stucco wall and it removed quite a lot of the paint - a lot down to the primer and even a little to the metal. What is the best solution to do here? This is right above the rear wheel.

Should I sand it down and use body fill and spray paint it back? That is what I am seeing on Youtube but want to confirm with others if this is the right way to do things.

I've attached a photo of the paint damage.

A good shop will level out all those gouges so they're gone, then repaint using blending technique so it's impossible to tell anything ever happened.
