I have driven my Prius C around 28K Miles in almost two years. Recently i am facing two issues with it and i have no idea how to deal with them please help me out.

    1) There is a constant vibrating noise coming in cabin from doors and glove box. it is very annoying checked for lose material but found nothing, is it possible my doors got loose due driving on bumpy roads ?? how to resolve this issue?

    2) Second issue i am facing is related to sealing of car. Outside smell and dust is entering in cabin even AC off and fresh air damper in closed position. what could possibly the point of intrusion.

Both these issues arose after i had to drive my car on extremely bumpy road (not even a road just stones).

Assuming you already changed your cabin air filter, any other symptoms? Do all the controllers on the heater and AC work properly? Also any visible damage to underside of the car from being on those crazy roads?

Rattles can be difficult to locate.
Maybe get a passenger to open the glove boxes, under the dash, etc. apply pressure to everything they can reach and try to isolate if you have not already tried this.
Odor and dust lead me to also recommend inspecting and replacing the cabin filter.
Also good advise to check the operation of all the buttons and function on the AC panel.
The main intake for the dash vents are the screen at the windshield under the hood.
Let us know what you find. Good luck.

below are the two pictures of underneath damage to car, but i don't think so they are the reason

    Your photo # 1
That area could certainly cause a rattle.
Plastic fender inners for one item.
Tap the area with a rubber hammer...any rattles?
Not sure if this area is you dust ingestion cause.
    Good luck.
