Russians had great (but morbid) senses of humor, during the democides & mass murders of citizens during the times of stalin..... AND now, during the times of putin. If the communist chinese (always small letters) haven't been able to crush all the humor out of Chinese Citizens, the communist chinese (always small letters) are probably BUTTS (CAPITALIZED) of Chinese Citizen jokes, now. Unfortunately, dead U.S. ccp coronavirus victims, lining the floors of the halls of hospitals today, have lost their senses of humor.

Is it OK to buy groceries at WalMart too?

    I do...but I do pickup.

When I park, I open the cargo bay door and the attendant dumps the groceries into the car, touching only the bags.
Less chances of sharing the wealth.

    Caveat:

It's easy for me to virtue-signal all of the moms and dads that want to get out of the house so they load the kids into their car and head to a store.......I'm "essential" and...yeah....I've gone inside a store as recently as Sunday when I was called out to a neighboring town.

Hypocrisy is a universal human trait.

Stanfield's is going to pitch in with garments and masks up here. (y)

We haven't crossed a store threshold in about 15 days now. I'll admit to being scared. We are running low on a lot, relying on staples, cleaning out the freezer and stuff shelved in the garage. Eventually gonna have to go in, but I figure every day you avoid contact, better for you, and the rest of the population.

I'm playing around with a delivery app right now, for pick up, but first available dates are about April 06, and I'm sceptical, regarding what's in stock or not, and would prefer to go in, do sub's on the fly.

    'Preciate it! :)

    Good plan!

As I sit at my desk, dealing with the normal sinus stuff that plagues me every Spring....I can't help but wonder...... :suspicious:

My closest place is a local Wally.
I have to admit that their grocery service is pretty dern good, and I have the 'allow substitutions' option set to "off."
Amazon takes care of everything else.

    Latest count in Madison County:
    • 100 cases
    • 361,000 population (all ages)
    • (3 * 100) / 361,000 ~= 0.08% probability of meeting someone with COVID-19
When our COVID case count reaches ~1,000, we'll be looking at ~1% probability.
