It does the noise on the video i took the other day. It does it only when driving very slow..under like 10mph. For example when i am turning on my driveway. Highwer speeds i cant really hear it even if i drive quetly with open window. And the noise is really noticeable. It does that not all the time
    Any suggestions? thanks

Is the sound there if your stationary? Maybe something like ball joint or tie rod end. Just find the bad one by listening or feeling if they all look normal.

Yes if stationary sound is still there. The tie rod and joint are not worn out...

Could you listen and tell some direction where the noise comes from? If joint is making noise it normally isn't loose just running out of grease.

Listened from outside and noise comes from around the wheel? Then maybe it could be strut bearing. Or maybe brake dust shield is hitting a lower control arm. Steering u-joints or power steering parts should mosly make sound on the inside. Steering rack seems unlikely.

I'd kind of doubt it would be the dust shield. That would make much more of a metallic rattling sound, I would think. The strut bearing would be higher up, right? In that case, you could have someone turn the wheel while listening at the wheel well to see how high it is.
