    Should I tint the windows to 20% on my Prius C and also Tint the headlights or just the windows and I also want your guys opinions on putting a lightbar on the Prius. Any other mods and ideas I’d love you know let me know thanks!

    for me, id check with the cops to see how dark you could go without getting the law on you, then go to that %. but it is a prius, you are practically invisible to the police.
