Brushed metal, dark silver color. Much preferred to the toilet bowl white of before.

Dashboard is next! Probably not in this but something more glare resistant and still tasteful. Probably carbon...

Very nice. Id love to do the same in my Prime. Only down fall is the sterring wheel still has the ugly white plastic and white buttons.

Great job. Looks so much better. Did you apply the wrap in place or did you remove the piece first? I want to do similar thing on mine, mostly on the piano black dash but to do that in-place, I am afraid it would be too tedious and difficult for me.

I was also going to ask about if he did it in place. Looks fantastic, @JayGen4!!!

I didn't think the lower, right side of the dash was hard to do in place, but it would for sure be easier on a work bench. I used matte black, which looks fine, but that brushed metal is terrific.

That is indeed unfortunate. I've considered removing all that and wrapping but there might not be enough room between buttons but I could sand the edges down a little. I just might, honestly. I tend to always find something that I need to fix and the more I fix the bigger things, the more something like that will become my next focus.

It wasn't really any harder than most of the panels in the car. I wouldn't let it intimidate you.

I don't mind the white. At least it doesn't blind you like the glare from the glossy black.

OEM or OER replacements are available in different colors, as they make them for other Toyota models with the same steering wheel.

I haven’t had too much glare on that part. I only get it on the touchscreen/dash and the emblem on the steering wheel.

The glare from the panel above the glove box wasn't all that bad for me (still very annoying, though), but it was a major headache trigger for my wife over in the front passenger seat. As for the glare from the 11.6" display, that's like having someone welding in front of you when the sun comes in through the right rear widow. Unbelievable!!

I would buy that. How do I find it? Hard part to find.

I'd go to search "LKQ steering wheel" on eBay and buy the whole steering wheel. Get the parts that you need off of it. Make sure that it works and resell the old switch on the steering wheel on eBay. That way, cost will be a minimum.

Steering wheels for late models are not in much demand as even with the airbag deployed, the switches are still intact and functional.

I don't own a Gen 4, but I was able to get a really durable long lasting finish on my Prius v switch panel from my husband's friend, who stripped it to the bare plastic and repainted it with an airbrush.

Gonna see if I can wrap or cover the buttons somehow. I can live with the white accents but something else would look many times better.
