Help with A/C Compressor Replacement

    I have an 2004- Toyota Prius Gen 2 plan on changing my ac compresser but I would like to know where do I add the oil?? DOES IT GO IN THE HIGH SIDE , LOW SIDE THANKS AHEAD

    Did you ever figure this out?

    Same issue

    There's high side

    Low side

    And that little screw thing that has the gasket that is a "service" hole or something

    I did not see anything in the manual about where to put the oil, but assume either of the service valves illustrated could be used.

    So the compressor was empty

    I added 4ozs

    Sounds about right. Manual says 3.52 + .53 = 4.05.

    Would you happen to know where I could find the torque specs for the high side , slow side and three bolts which hold the compressor in?

    Also use lock tight on the threads?
