Can someone help me figure out how to put this splash shield back on?

    So I'm finishing up a job on my 2008

    This splash guard in all its different parts is ripped apart from someone who owned the car before me. I've got it held back pretty solid thus far with wore ties. However I can't figure out how this last piece goes back on

    There are these little clips and it looks like holes they slide into?

    Some guidance would be much appreciated

    Page 4469+ (chapter ET - exterior) is about removal and reassembly of the front bumper including this center no. 4 engine under cover.
    (As far I can see just use 5 screws and 4 bolts.)

    I put it back in the right spot then
