Got a great deal on a set of 2020 Corolla SE 18 inch wheels with Michelin Primacy tires . . . ordering H&R springs next.

    Thanks!
Looking forward to an aggressive OEM look for the family's #2 Prius. I'll add a simple front splitter when I install the H&R springs. After my blowing the head gasket of my lightly mod'd 330i BMW and my wife suggesting I get a Prius like hers for commuting, I've become a believer in these cars. Don't get me wrong, I'll get the BMW fixed (had her new since 2001) too. The Prius turns me into a totally different driver . . . a good thing! I just have to give it a little masculine attitude. ;)

I was beating my brains out . . . 17s or 18s. 18s look better proportionally on these cars IMHO. I also wanted to keep the look subtle OEM, avoiding a tuner-look. The 2020 Corolla SE wheels/tires are perfect for my need. The 225/40-18s are the perfect diameter, matching the 195/65-15s. I got the set for $800. Not too shabby.

For those asking . . . the 2020 Corolla SE wheel specs are as follows:

    18x8
    5x100
    54.1
    ET40

    Perfect.

Well that just sucks! Were you able to plug it?
I hope you got road hazard protection.

2 flats this year in 5 month span. Tires were a month old on first flat, bought them this January. If I walk next to a tall building, a piano will probably drop on me. Hopefully it’s a Yamaha C7 grand piano, that’s my favorite piano.

Looks too aggressive.. Prius is round, those are sharp, doesn't fit. The Corolla has many more sharp angles.

I actually sold the Corolla set up. No need for such a big rim/tire. A bit heavy for the lil Prius. I instead went with the 86's (FRS) forged 17x7.5 TRD wheels with 215/45 Michelin Primacy HPs. I'll post pics with them mounted later . . .

Finally installed the forged TRD 86 wheels. I ended up using 15mm rear wheel spacers to match the front wheel to fender flush.
