I never had any issues with my car but now the thing just won't go. My cheap code reader says poa7 inverter performance . Low voltage battery is 12.4 when car is off. for a couple days it said cooling was low for hybrid then it went into limp mode. The cooling fan does not run either. All the lights are on on the dash .
any advice will be most appreciated.
    Thanks

Sounds like the 12-Volt battery may be bad. Does the voltage drop after the accumulator pump runs, prior to starting? How old is it?

How many miles are on your car? Are there any recalls that need to be done?

    Thanks guys,
She's a 2013 just over 100k . Went down in a sharp curve and the wife limped home. When I checked the oil it barely reached the stick.
I got a cheap autel reader. I ordered the FIXD module but was not available from walmart. Is there another reader I should get? I did a reset where I pulled the big fuse disconnected battery and pulled the white wire off the panel under the hood. Now it won't start the motor or go in drive. I tried to get the cover off the inverter last night but got stuck on the big white plastic clip and went to supper.
    Thanks for your help.

12.4 is marginal. Would be interesting to see what it reads in "accessory" mode........but you might as well shop for a new battery.

Might be clogged hybrid battery fan; that's often the case with that warning. Could be 12 volt ailing too, though 12.4 isn't terrible.

If you're game to DIY, watch @NutzAboutBolts on cleaning the fan. There's a pinned thread at top of this forum with a link.

You can avoid pulling the rear seat bottom off though: there's one bolt (12 mm socket size IIRC) that needs to be removed, just below the air intake grill. You can reach it with maybe a 6" and 3" extension and a ratchet wrench. You need to push apart the seat bottom and back to reach through, but it's fairly easy. Just be careful to not drop the bolt.

After replacing the 12v my code changed to the P0A94 DC converter. I saw mention of expanded warranty and called my original dealer about it. He researched and since I knew P0A94 he said my ipm warranty was extended till 2028 I got an apt monday am for a free replacement. Normally 3k. Thanks guys great community support
