Amp Switch Out

    I have a new 2018 Prius Prime Plugin with the JBL 10 Speaker Sound System which sounded fairly good but I had the speakers switched out for good quality Component speakers from Focal.
    Unfortunately the new speakers demand more power and I've been informed by the installer I will need to move to a more powerful Amp.
    Has anyone switched out the Amp in their Prime and what would you Recommend/Use?

    Isn't the power amp in the Advanced part of the main console? How would one "switch it out?"

    I checked it out and the Amp is under the driver's seat of the vehicle.
    When the Installer added a Sub in my Hatch he used the outputs from this Amp under the seat to bridge the signal to the Sub.
