09 Prius, coolant valve makes continues noise and super hot

    hi...my in my 09 Prius, coolant valve makes continues noise and is super hot to touch.
    it seems like its stuck but I don't see any 1121 code. I replaced the coolant valve with the new dorman brand from oriellys. the problem persists. I tried bleed air many times via the both bleed taps . it make little effect and after few days I could hear the kinda stuck sounding coolant valve struggling.

    also I changed the trans fluid after around 40k miles and it was super dark no viscous. it was burnt badly and smelled burnt. I doubt the coolant valve is not working properly and transmission heats up causing the burns OR the chances the radiater is clogged or some pump is BAD ..I replaced the electric coolant pump and engine coolant pump recently. so what is causing the coolant valve to sound weird.?

    The engine and inverter are on different coolant systems. With the vehicle in 'ready' (wait for the engine to stop running), open the cap for the inverter coolant reservoir, look inside and you should notice a slight movement on the liquid surface, which means the inverter coolant pump is working. Or you can touch the pump with a finger or a stick and feel a vibration.

    What kind of OBD2 device are you using to retrieve DTCs with?

    How long between replacing the two separate pumps until you noticed the coolant valve issue?

    Did you use Toyota SLLC coolant when replacing both of the pumps?

    Did you figure out a solution mine is doing the same thing I just replaced it two days ago what's the exact same one from O'Reilly please help me if you found a solution this is what mind sounds like! Please please please please help me
