Had an idea for displaying trip mpg through back window of car via LED number display

    Do you think there's a way to hook up some kind of contraption to the diagnostic (I'm currently using it for my Scanguage) that could display the trip mpg in real time with LED numbers, or something else other drivers could see, out the back window? I'd like to be able to do this, partially as encouragement to others to buy hybrids, partially as an explanation for why I'm driving slow on the freeway.

    Perhaps LCD would be more legal? How could this be done?

    In a past discussion, I seem to remember that some states already ban moving or changing displays.

    Even if legal, I wouldn't put up a display. The non-believers will selectively pick out and herald the low trip numbers at the start of a trip segment or instantaneous numbers during the hardest acceleration, and ignore the high numbers.

    This will encourage tailgating to get close enough to read the numbers and/or negative feelings. No good will come of it.

    any one knows to upgrade 2015 instrument cluster to 2017 cluster ?? .. i tried.its working ok. but it idicates LDA system error. cos my 2015 Aqua dot have LDA .. do anyone knows how to bypass this
