I purchased a high mileage 2010 Prius about a year ago & recently passed the 200,000 mile mark. I'd like some advice prioritizing the preventative maintenance I should have done. I had the dealership inspect it before the purchase. They made some necessary fixes (timing chain tensioner gasket, rear brakes, etc.) and suggested some maintenance that I've already had them do (cooling system flush & transmission flush). At my last oil change they suggested the following preventative maintenance given the age & mileage:
    -Hybrid coolant drain, flush, refill
    -Spark plugs
-Clean all air & fuel passages
    -Readopt throttle body
    -Reset computer settings

As I've read this board, it seems some priorities might be:
-Check & clean MAF sensor (I'm assuming this would be part of
    -Clean throttle body
    -Air intake filter
    -Clean entire EGR circuit/system
I'm not too mechanically savvy, but I'm assuming that these four items would be taken care of under the "clean all air & fuel passages" maintenance referenced above.

I've also seen some mentioning on this board of the importance of AC Evaporator cleaning for these vehicles at high mileage, although the dealership didn't make that suggestion.

My question is, if I'm working on a budget, which of these are urgent priorities and which can be be put off for a while?

    Thank you!

If the spark plugs are original, then replace them, along with cleaning the EGR system (cooler, valve, pipe and intake manifold). Both the plugs and EGR cooler cleaning require removing the cowl, which itself is labor intensive. Be sure to use the updated-spec plug from Denso (or Toyota).
