Just wondering could I replace the stock MFD with another stock one that has Navigation and Bluetooth? Would they work?

If you're looking for a direct replacement, the only model that will work is the model that has the exact same part number on the back of the MFD.

Changing to any other MFD will require a bit of rewiring of the plugs/sockets since there were a few different versions of mfds. Basic, rear view camera, navigation, Bluetooth, etc. Some people have done it.

If the car didn't originally come with Navigation, the time and effort required to install that style MFD, the wiring harness, the nav box under the driverseat, the antenna under the dash, etc, would quickly cost more than just buying a replacement car.

As for Bluetooth? idk much about that except it's also linked to the steering wheel.

You may be better off replacing the radio with a px5 or px6 double din unit. It comes with Bluetooth and Android.

The factory navigation in gen2s suck and near impossible to retrofit into a car that didn't have it from the factory. Get a modern head unit with Android Auto and/or Apple CarPlay and link your phone. A far superior solution with way better quality maps and live data.
