A weird Sound from the engine - Prius 2017

    Hello

    I have Prius 2017 middle east - Gulf standards, recently I heard a sound like cracking or gears friction in the bottom of the engine when I shift the gear on neutral and push the car manually backward or forward is it a serious defect ? Dose any one face the same?

    You may get something like that after you wash the car. You will notice it the first time you move the car after washing, but then it will go away (until the next wash!)

    Lift the car and spin the tires while off the ground. This should give you more information.
