Brand new 2020 Prius. Have all these 5 manual that came with the car, but no binder to protect them in. But then where can you store anything in a Prius Prime. Where do you store the 700 + pages of help when you need it. Sure the cellphone can store the manuals that are downloadable but just not the same.
    The Glove box.....
Wanted to put a spiraled binder in the glove box to keep notes about Gas, Parts, Service. Almost fits and some times binds the door when closing. Will the 5 manuals fit their. Unlike my 2006 Prius that has a formed pocket in the LOWER glove box to slide my manuals into, the glove box is useless. No upper glove box in this car, just enough room for you legs.
    Sun Glass holder storage....
Try to store sun glasses that are not flat. I have curved sunglasses and its a trick to shut the door to the storage area.
    Truck storage......
No space to store the manuals.
    Center Console.......
The most likely place but that means nothing else goes alone for the ride.

There is no binder. Mine did come in a red plastic pouch.
I keep mine in the narrow compartment in the trunk intended for the traction battery charging cable.
I don’t use the paper manuals day to day. I downloaded PDF versions from owners.toyota.com

Driver's seat. On the back of the back rest in the pocket you will find a zipper. Unzip the opening for storage area for your manuals!

All of the manuals that came with the car are still in the glove box. It did not come with binder or folio case, but I am using a nice TOYOTA faux leather case from my previous Toyota. I don't think they are standard issues anymore.

None of my Toyotas had a binder or sleeve like my Fords did, and the Prius was bought new. I guess if someone got anything, it was a dealer added item.

Correct; the glove compartment portfolio is not part of the car. Dealers can order them, at a cost, from Toyota’s Material Distribution Center, part number 00116-PORTF-00SM, to include with vehicles sold to their customers or to sell separately, at whatever price the market will bear.

Honda didn't even give me a hard copy of the full owners manual.
They gave me an abridged version called the "Users Manual"...which covers the essentials. The real full owners manual was on a downloadable CD.
In 2016, you could request Honda send you a printed copy if you wrote them X number of days from taking delivery. I forgot to do so.

Really, I'm OK with it. Having the full owners manual on my computer, and NOT having to store it anywhere is OK with me. I could and probably should put it on my phone, in case I would need it on the road, but in that case the smaller users manual probably is going to cover what I need.

I guess I assumed the trend was towards electronic media versions. Kind of surprised to hear the huge printed versions are still being created.

I say this as someone who LOVES reading their owners manual. I always read mine cover to cover.

Interesting that the 2020 came with 5 manuals. My 2017 came with 7. The dealer included two black binders with a magnetic catch and the Toyota logo and name on front. The manuals and # of pages are: Owner's Manual Quick Guide-40, Entune System Quick Reference Guide-61, Quick Reference Guide-64, Owner's Warranty Rights Notification-89, Navigation System Owner's Manual-308, Owner's Manual-785, and Warranty & Maintenance Guide-64. There was also a 35 page warranty manual for the Toyo tires. Hopefully, by 2020 they were able to remove some of the redundancy as that is 1466 pages for the 2017 model. BTW, I still had to break out the manual to reset the clock for Daylight Savings Time.

Congrats on the Prime! Mine came in a nice leather holder which I keep inside the house. I only have the PDF on my phone. Don’t want to waste any more space than necessary.

A folder would be nice, but I guess they are all getting hoarded with the toilet paper. Anyway, the printed version doesn't have <cmd> f or <cntrl> f keys. Mine was a used car and had no manuals. Just as well. I never use the printed ones anymore. Takes too long to find stuff and there's already too little storage in the car.

Edit to add: I forgot to say congratulations on the new buggy.

Mine are in the trunk as well. I did receive a portfolio to store them. They are also downloaded to my iPad. Wife's BMW manuals are also in the trunk and downloaded to her iPad. I think that is the best situation. We do keep the service book in the glove compartment.

I have the 2017 prime. All my manuals fit in the center console in the backseat.

Mine came in a binder with the Toyota logo on it. It is very big and bulky. I don't keep it in the vehicle.
