Yes. In the "Preferred Owner's Portfolio".

Not sure if that means the portfolio is preferred, or I am.

Yes, inspections, but no service necessary.

BTW, I will start a thread on the tires for the Touring so we can track the wear and service of this unit. Looks like an outstanding tire but only time will tell. I do not plan to rotate my tires but the dealer will sometimes do it for free. So maybe 2-3 free rotations in 50K. So far they have done front to back unless I tell them I have new tires on the back and leave them alone.
    Interested in a 10k, 20k, 30k, 40k,50k update.

You paid for a bit of "free" service when you bought the car.

Something like 2 years or 36k miles.

Each 5k service within that term includes tire rotation.

If you trust the owner's manual for pressure over the tire manufacturer specifications then the same should be true for rotation. Toyota only cares about this vehicle and it's unique characteristics whereas the tire manufacturer makes a tire that can be put on may different vehicles. It would make sense that they (tire co.) would give very generic instructions so as to cover all applications.

I think the dealer does that and I have no issue with that procedure and prefer it.
Only asked them once to not rotate the tires when I just put new ones on the back. New tires need to stay on the back as this is a safety issue and warning by the federal government.
Is it dangerous to put tires with the most tread on the front wheels?

Found via google search: "The Toyota dealerships (Cabe and DCH) I’ve talked to actually advised against rotating tires using the “crisscross” method popular with non-directional tires. Their reasoning is that subsequently rotating the tires using the crisscross method will gradually weaken the steel belt inside the tires to the point of eventual breaking. When the steel belt breaks, it causes the affected tire to thump or vibrate as it rotates. In all cases, the result is an uneven tire surface that ultimately makes handling difficult and creates a hazardous driving condition."

This was an issue on very early steel belted radial tires. We were taught never to reverse directions because the steel belts took a "set" and changing direction would cause them to weaken their adhesion to the rubber and cause major issues. (Remember the Firestone 500?)
This issue was resolved decades ago and tire manufacturers no longer issue these warnings, but some people know better than the tire manufacturer engineers.
Insufficient tire pressure is (and will be until we get solid tires) the overwhelming reason for rapid tire wear.
