I just purchased a used 2015 Prius and am having some issues with the rear windows. When using the switch by the driver seat I can make both rear windows go down, however it is unresponsive to try and get them to go back up. The rear controls for both windows will move the rear windows up or down without issue. Any ideas what can be done about this?

I experienced something similar when I bought my 2015 new. There is a reset procedure to fix that problem, but I forgot how it's done

Try this: First go to the window that's having the problem. Roll the window down and hold the button down for 5 seconds after it's been rolled down. Next roll the window up keep holding the button four five seconds after it's been rolled up. That should fix the problem. Then go to the driver side window control panel and test the broken window.

Also: See page 113 in Owner's Manual too (1-5. Opening and Closing Windows).

Anyone know a different reset procedure?

I also have 2015 and this issue. I thought it might be related to the "baby lockout" so I flipped that switch for the door but didn't help. Since several people had had this exact same issue (I Goggle searched) sounds software and not mechanical. Any ideas?
