I paid them $1600 10 days ago when there site said shipping July 22nd. Sent numerous emails to them since and not a word from them. No phone number listed on there site.

Next email will be to get my money back if not I'll get Am Ex to claw it back.

Not sure why they refuse to email me back all I'm asking is when will it ship. But whatever it is its not good.

I would remember covid is slowing things down a bit but a business trying to stay on top of thigs should not delay during these times.

I understand covid delays but not getting even an email. I sending them no reply. How hard is it send an email?

I ordered And paid on the 18th and it said at that time shipping on the 22nd. When I ordered got an email auto generated said I was customer order #760. Nothing since.

Well during this time I would think they have less people working and are trying to catch up with things.

I understand and had a something like this happen to me with another company and they ended up shipping the product fast once I said to cancel the order.

I don't know how long it should take normally. But if this was shipped last Wednesday from here in Colorado, I don't think it would be in Florida yet.
Odd. I see a phone number on his website, right next to his address at the bottom of every page. Are you sure you ordered from the right webpage? There sure are a lot of folks making fake websites these days so you have to be careful.
I don't know either. I hope @2k1Toaster can get ahold of you soon. Let us know if he does.

I think something is hokey with their automation. I'm pretty sure that NPB would not be shipping 3 days after you ordered. There is a significant backlog, from what I can gather. I'm thinking that there are 759 other orders in front of you, that are also waiting for the new shipments to come in. COVID has severely put a spanner in the works.

2k1 has said in another thread that he has a several month backlog due to large factors in both supply and demand.

    GOOD LUCK

I'd give them a little time to respond.
This wasn't a cash transaction, so you DO have buyer protection options.
You may want to reach out by telephone.
The number on their web page is +1-801-477-7487.

Don't forget that they're on Mountain time....which these days can seem to be like "island time" BUT.....
@ 2k1Toaster has pretty good street cred so I'm sure that this will work out one way or another.

    Good Luck!

Thanks very much. When I ordered it said shipping July 22.

Just wish he would at least send me an email as you guys know more than I do and I have $1600 invested.

You could have had Green Bean come to your house by now and had it all installed for under $1,700

AND you would NOT end up with a "new" battery.

This pandemic has put delays in multiple areas of products. I got the same treatment with a scanner I ordered. Promised a 2 week delivery. 10 weeks later I got it. Ordered a new washing machine. Promised 3 weeks for delivery. 6 weeks later I got it. Ordering online has its price benefits, but time is precious to us all. Best price in the world doesn't replace 8 weeks of not being able to use a product. Just my opinion.

Yeah I "saved" $2 on Amazon for a speciality bike tool purchase only to find out too late that it was being shipped from China and it took 8+ weeks. It seems to me Ebay and Amazon are racing each other to the bottom by using Chinese middlemen.

Getting off topic here but yeah it's going to be a BIG problem. The USA is quickly working itself into a very limited food supply chain. Right now I only have two (not counting the almost useless to me Dollar General type stores).

Better than not having a battery that you paid for and still having an issue with the bad one.
