OK, this trouble code is in sufficient? Looks like the local Toyota dealerships want about $100 for a diagnostic on it.

Does the Trouble Code P0A93 “Inverter Cooling System Performance” support your theory? That's what I got today. If so, is this the part to solve all of my problems (see pic). If not, am I forced to take it to the dealer for a $100 diagnostic? Inverter Pump.jpg

P0A93 has two subcodes. One points towards the inverter cooling pump system and the other points toward the cooling fan system. Unfortunately, either can actually be triggered by either system. The system isn't perfect, lol.

So far, out of about a dozen instances for me, the inverter cooling water pump has been the point of failure every time. Anyone elses results may vary based on troubleshooting.

That doesn't look like the correct pump.

It will look like this, which is probably a chinese counterfeit, may only last a year but they work well enough to get you going.

Found it on Amazon, using part number referenced in the article I linked above.

Nothing wrong with that Autel reader, at least it is not a cheapy HF reader, and it should be able to retrieve the sub-code from the freeze frame data.
