    Greetings,

Like most of you who are long time veterans, who have experienced this issue, I've read from all over the internet of the neglect that Toyota fails to see this issue at the consumers expense. Shortly, most are all aware of the knocking issue caused by the faulty EGR/manifold TSB which ultimately leads the the head gasket leak and thousands of dollars.

I am here to start a class action lawsuit, bc my car too is experiencing this.
    Lets please gather everyones info:

    Name
    contact # or email
    vehicle info or VIN
    symptoms diagnoses of issue
cost of repair and what was covered
invoices and receipts to further claim will help out tremendously

I am in contact with a corporate lawyer now and we will proceed accordingly

please email requested information to swisscheese997 at gmail
I can call each personally to update status of lawsuit. Thank you for your cooperation.

I don’t get it. There’s been plenty of previous threads with people saying to go forward with a law suit for EGR issues. When someone actually does it, no one takes it seriously.

Maybe if you schedule a face-to-face meeting with people you'd get a better reaction. Also having only four posts on PC it looks like phishing.

class action lawsuit = 99% for the liars and 1% for the damaged party

i don't think toyota is the first company with head gasket problems around 100,000 miles

i do think they don't care

I would have to say that although this seems to be a really good place to find the peeps with the issues,

Many here seem to act on DIY preventative maintenance so it does not occur.
Now, there are some that are here with blown head gaskets, but the numbers are not alarming.

Might have better luck with someone legally hacking into toyota mainframe service dealers records
to contact the ones that paid to have the head gasket replaced.....and right. better luck lol.

So how is the lawsuit coming now?? Is this an ongoing thing? We definitely feel Toyota does not care of our headgasket problem. Wanted to replace our motor for nearly $10,000. on a 140,000 2011 Prius. Any other suggestions besides, new motor, lawsuit or a place that will help with the repair. Weve called six hybrid repair type shops and one gave us a quote of 17 hours at 125.00 an hour. The rest respectfully declined. Are others having trouble getting repairs??

unfortunately, the last date to get in on the class action suit was 07/31

does the 17 hours at $125. include a salvage engine? that would be a good deal
