Yikes, that's a lot of codes... This website can help you work on all of them if you or a friend or family member enjoys working on and learning about cars. We can walk you thru all the details. But basically, if this were my project, I'd make sure the 12v battery is healthy, then pull the hybrid pack for a thorough cleaning, replace any corroded damage that can't be cleaned, then inspection and reconditioning, then start a spread sheet on the pack's modules and replace bad ones as needed. Then once that's completed and warning codes for all those problems are gone, I'd service/replace major parts in the brake system... Cost would be about $1000 total and I'm sure the Toyota Stealership told you it would be something stupid like $6K total and then tried to sell you a finance package for a new Prius. Alternatively, if you went to a local mechanic who works on hybrid cars who's cool with replacing the expensive parts with used parts, you'll be up in the $2-$3K range.

Update I found someone in Annapolis who works on hybrid vehicles Prius hybrid repair they charge 800 for combination meter and 795 for battery and 200 for Regenerative breaking there only 59 minutes from me. 25$ monthly for battery and inverter pump and inverter. They have 19 cars at the shop currently. Are they any good or is there a cheaper option. Sorry I meant off 12.59V and on 14.58V for 12V

12v sounds good. hybrid battery my be going, but replacing with rebuilt is iffy at best. if she really likes the car, get a new battery, or at least 'newpriusbatteries.com

is there movement in the inverter fluid reservoir when the car is on?

Texas hybrid batteries can get you a new combo meter. I replaced both my 08 and my wife’s 08 with new ones. Best thing ever. Solid ever since. Taking the dashboard out is an easy DIY IMHO.
