Hi There my 2013 Prius just hit 150k miles and I took it into Toyota for an oil change. They recommend that I change the Spark Plugs, Trans + Engine + Hybrid fluid. I bought the car recently and there is no evidence on the CarFax of any of these things being previously done before. Toyota quoted me $675 total for all these things to be done. I am just wondering how easy these things are to do? I am not very much a DIY person but if any of these things are super simple and less than 30 min- 1 hour I would consider doing it. Or would it be better to see if a local mechanic could do these for cheaper?

You can look up the Service History done at Toyota Dealers. Create an account and add the VIN here Welcome to Toyota Owners
The mileage on the car would make it an immediate candidate for EGR cooler cleaning, if it hasn't been done. These cars tend to have head gasket failures and the finger has been pointed at plugged EGR parts. There are threads in this forum about that. There is also a sticky thread with nutzaboutboltz youtube videos on how to do much of the service that you are asking about. A lot if it is relatively easy to do.
