Recently sold my 2005 Prius (with JBL sound system). I took my aftermarket parts out because I pretty much sold the car for parts. I have a PAC RP4.2-TY11 adapter connected to a Pioneer DEH-X3910BT. I had it professionally installed a few years ago.

I don't have any use for the PAC anymore since I bought a Mazda 5 so I'm looking to sell it. I'm willing to sell the Pioneer as well, but if you don't want it, I'll use it in my current car. It cost me $130 a few years ago but sells for $90 new now on Amazon. The connectors are all wired up and ready to plug right into the car and stereo. With the Pioneer I could install both in less than 5 minutes. Not sure what it's worth but shoot me an offer. Nonsmoker, pretty anal about my car so it's very clean. Located in North Georgia/Atlanta, local sale will get a better deal.

Pioneer stereo has bluetooth, hands free calling, aux, CD changer, lots of features for a single din stereo. Fits in the "pocket" underneath the stock stereo so it is invisible to thieves. Picture below is not mine but shows the stealth install.[IMG]

Note this was used for a JBL system in an 05, I don't know if it's compatible with an 08+ Prius or with a 2005 non-JBL system.

Did you stop using the built in audio?

Yeah, had no need for the stock stereo. I plugged the stock stereo back in when I sold the car and it still worked 100%.
