Not relevant to the topic discussed, try again.

Based on fictitious posts, that is unlikely true. But let's assume so, that supersedes surveys of real thousands who disagree, extrapolated to the hundred of thousands, eh?

98% of Tesla Model 3 customers in survey say they would buy it again - Business Insider

If I really wanted to be bias I could have inflated that number from 3 to 8 so not sure why it’s doubtful??

Because you post so much fabricated stuff here. Would be much more believable if that were not the case.

You still have not addressed your "But what about the ones that wish they had bought another make?" You admit this is wrong then?

Again, your imaginary friends are meaningless to the 98% who disagree and actually own a Tesla. What other manufacturer has a higher percent?

There are buyers of every type of car that regret their purchase. And it’s not unreasonable for orenji to know 3 such disappointed buyers of the Model X, which is the least reliable and most expensive model Tesla makes. There is also evidence that early production of each Tesla model has had quality control issues. I would not want to purchase a 2012 Model S or a 2015 Model X or a 2018 Model 3 or a 2020 Model Y, because it does seem to take several months for Tesla to get out the kinks. And the people who have purchased these vehicles have reported common problems, like faulty door handles on the Model S, rear door problems on the Model X, paint problems on the Model 3, and glass sealing/leaking problems on the Model Y. These are the type of issues that drag down Tesla’s quality ratings.

However, to their credit, Tesla also makes improvements at a rapid clip, and they keep improving their manufacturing process and fixing issues with over-the-air updates. That encourages their positive ownership ratings.

Tesla really can’t be effectively compared with Toyota because they have very different approaches. Toyota has a slower approach that ensures most of their vehicles are highly reliable from the first cars released to the public. Tesla has a faster process that corrects mistakes and makes improvements on the fly, but allows some problems to initially go out the door. Which is better? It’s a matter of preference. I hope that after Tesla’s factories in Berlin and Austin are running and they are they are mass producing each vehicle type in their announced lineup, that they will then switch to really refining reliability to get it in Toyota’s league. Because then they will have the best of both worlds.

oh ... i am sooo sorry. Tesla versus Toyota quality. Thanks so much for the reminder. Your right of course ... it's a comparison of fit & finish & such.
    Here's some, "& such".

    then there's THIS
2009–11 Toyota vehicle recalls - Wikipedia
    OH yea ... another Toyota comparred to Tesla . . . . .

    my favorite quality article;
Toyota to pay $1.3 billion for deadly defect cover-up - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

let's see . . . should i prefer sloppy body panels and such? or 89 family members killed by deliberately hiding known design/quality defects.
hmmmm ... maybe it needs a little more thought

But yea .... no denying Tesla needs go get those quality issues up.

Reality - I've owned Prius' since 2004, with ~200,000 miles total, and not a single bit of maintenance that was not on the regular maintenance schedule yet.

Tesla has just about the lowest build quality of any car manufacturer, and probably the worst service as well owing to the lack of a dealer network.

You never had to replace your tires or brakes or 12v battery? I agree the Prius is a reliable model, but that would be incredible (unless you’re referring to multiple cars over that time and mileage)

Tires and 12V batteries are normal maintenance. Brakes, no. My 2004 lasted 13 years and 150,000 miles with no maintenance outside of regular maintenance (in other words, nothing ever broke).

I changed the engine oil the end of Spring and end of Fall along with the oil filter. In the Fall, I also replaced the air filter. After the first transmission oil change and oil analysis, I did several more to clear what I found (long story.)
